INGREDIENTS:
Dressing:
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup pistachio oil
¼ cup pine nut oil
Salad:
3 tablespoons salt
2 cups broccoli florets
1 ripe avocado
¼ cup pistachios chopped
DIRECTIONS:
